Your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, destinations, number of travelers, approximate budget and any details you include, whether through a trip request, a consultation booking, a text or an email.
Information needed to book travel
When you book, we may collect full legal names, dates of birth, passport information, loyalty numbers, dietary or accessibility needs, service animal documentation and payment details. This is collected directly for the booking, never through the website form.
Information collected automatically
This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, font provider and image provider may automatically receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and plan trips
- To make, manage and change bookings on your behalf
- To send confirmations, documents, reminders and travel updates
- To text you about your trip request, if you agreed to texts
- To share travel offers, if you opted in
- To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations
How we share your information
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is needed to plan and book your travel, with:
- Travel suppliers: airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators and travel insurance providers
- Our host agency: which processes bookings
- Service providers: Formspree (processes the trip request form), Calendly (schedules consultations), our email and phone providers, and website hosting
- Authorities: when required by law, or when customs, immigration or security screening requires it
Text messaging (SMS) terms
You can agree to receive texts by checking the box on the trip request form. Texts concern your trip request only. Consent is not required to make a purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and booking information as long as needed to serve you, handle travel changes or claims, and meet legal and tax recordkeeping requirements. Information from inquiries that do not become bookings is deleted once it is no longer needed.
How we protect information
We use reasonable safeguards, including secure, password-protected systems. Please don't send passport or payment card numbers through the website form or ordinary email; we arrange secure collection at booking.
Your choices
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and booking obligations
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or by contacting us
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP

Children
This site is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A child's details are collected only from a parent or guardian, and only when needed to book the child's travel.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
